Product requirements and challenges

Although the oil field has grid power supply, the supply is extremely irregular. The power supply is often stopped due to seasonal and bad weather or line failures. High safety and stable performance support the normal operation of the oil field.

1. Series and parallel functions

Series backup function: It can cooperate with ATS to realize the automatic switching function between the mains and the diesel generator set or the dual standby switching function between two diesel generator sets.

Parallel expansion function: Two or more three-phase units of the same specifications and models can run stably in parallel within the rated power range of (20-100)% under the rated power factor. In order to improve the accuracy of reasonable allocation of active power and reactive power and the stability of operation, the diesel engine speed governor in the unit is required to have a device that can adjust the steady-state speed regulation rate within the range of (2-5)%. The voltage regulating device in the control box (screen) can adjust the steady-state voltage regulation rate within the range of 5%.

2. Working conditions

It can operate at an altitude below 3000 meters;

The lower limit of the ambient temperature is -15C°, and the upper limit is 40C°. Other environmental units can be selected.

3. Stable performance and strong reliability

The average failure interval of the unit is not less than 2000 hours.

4. Convenient refueling and watering facilities and protection measures

The unit is equipped with an external refueling system and is equipped with a locking function;

A large fuel tank is usually required to meet 12-24 hours of operation.

Solution

The generator set with excellent and stable performance adopts a low-noise design and is equipped with a PLC-5220 control system with AMF function. It is connected to ATS to ensure that once the main power supply of the oil field is cut off, the alternative power supply system must be able to provide power immediately.
