Quality assurance

For each type of diesel generator set provided by our company, we can enjoy 12 months or 1000 working hours (whichever comes first) warranty, due to the failure caused by the manufacturing defect of the generator set, our company is responsible for contact repair. Unit wearing parts, daily use consumption parts, human error operation, negligent maintenance caused by damage is not within the scope of this quality assurance.

Staff training

In order for users to correctly grasp the operation, use and maintenance of various types of generator sets, our company specially provides users with free on-site or to our company’s training center to accept different types of generator sets training courses.
