How to solve the heat dissipation difference of generator set
Generator sets are used in many industries, but regular use requires good heat dissipation, so poor heat dissipation needs to be solved in time.
Poor heat dissipation of generator sets may cause problems such as overheating, combustion, power reduction, etc., affecting the normal operation and service life of the generator set. The following are some ways to solve the poor heat dissipation of generator sets:
Check the radiator: Check whether the radiator has cracks, damage, impurities or dirt. If so, the radiator needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Check the cooling system: Check whether the pipes, joints, valves, etc. of the cooling system are leaking, damaged or faulty. If so, they need to be repaired or replaced.
Check the fan: Check whether the fan blades are damaged, deformed or loose. If so, the fan needs to be replaced or the fan blades adjusted.
Check the thermostat: Check whether the thermostat is working properly. If the thermostat fails, the thermostat needs to be replaced.
Check the lubricant: Check whether the quality and viscosity of the lubricant meet the requirements. If not, the lubricant needs to be replaced.
Adjust the load: If the load of the generator set is too heavy, it will cause the temperature of the generator set to rise. The load needs to be adjusted appropriately to keep the load of the generator set within a reasonable range.
