  1. Working conditions

The unit can work reliably under the following conditions, output power, and can work continuously for 24 hours at rated power output (including 10% overload for 1 hour every 12 hours);

Altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;

The lower limit of the ambient temperature is -15C°, and the upper limit is 40C°. Other environmental units can be selected.

  1. Low working noise

Ultra-low noise, with a sufficiently quiet environment to ensure that hospital doctors can work with peace of mind, especially to ensure that the operating room can perform surgical activities quietly, and also to ensure that patients can have a quiet rest and recuperation environment.

  1. Main and necessary protection devices

In the case of the following faults, the unit will automatically shut down and send out corresponding signals: low oil pressure, high water temperature, overspeed, unsuccessful start, etc.;

The unit start mode is selected as automatic start mode. The unit must have AMF (automatic mains failure) function and be equipped with ATS to achieve fully automatic start. When the city power is cut off, the unit can be automatically started after the start time delay is <5 seconds (adjustable) (a total of three consecutive automatic start functions), the city power/unit full load switching time is <10 seconds, and the time required to meet the input load is less than 12 seconds. After the city power is restored, the unit maintains 0-300 seconds of operation and automatically shuts down after cooling (adjustable).

  1. Stable performance and strong reliability

The average failure interval of the unit is not less than 2000 hours;

In terms of technical performance, the no-load voltage setting range of the unit is 95-105% of the rated voltage.

Solution

The generator set with excellent and stable performance adopts a low-noise design and is equipped with a PLC-5220 control system with AMF function. By connecting with ATS, it ensures that once the main power supply of the hospital is cut off, the alternative power supply system must be able to provide power immediately. Stable, low-noise, engine power that meets European and American emission standards, as well as AMF function and ATS equipment meet the special requirements of hospitals. By equipping with RS232 or RS485/422 communication interface, it can be connected with computer for remote monitoring, remote control, remote signaling and remote measurement, and fully automatic and unattended operation.
