1. Automation function

Automatic start and automatic loading

The unit automatically starts after receiving the start command from the automatic control or remote control, and the start success rate is greater than 99%. A start cycle includes three starts, and the interval time between two starts is 10-15 seconds;

After the unit is successfully started, it should be able to load automatically when the oil pressure reaches the specified value, and the loading time is usually 10 seconds;

After the unit fails to start three times, it will no longer start, and a start failure alarm signal will be issued. If there is a spare unit, the start command should be passed to the spare unit.

Automatic unloading shutdown

After receiving the automatic control or remote control shutdown command, the unit can automatically unload and shut down. There are two shutdown methods: normal shutdown and emergency shutdown. Normal shutdown steps: cut off the main circuit (disconnect the air switch or switch the ATS to the mains side); emergency shutdown steps: immediately cut off the main circuit and fuel oil circuit.

The automatic protection unit has low oil pressure, overvoltage, overspeed, overload, short circuit, and phase loss protection. The water-cooled unit has high water temperature protection function, and the air-cooled unit has high cylinder temperature protection function.

2. Remote monitoring function

It meets the technical requirements of remote monitoring, has telemetry, telesignaling and remote control functions, can monitor the operating parameters and operating status of the unit in real time and remotely, and can automatically alarm the monitoring center when the unit has abnormal conditions or serious faults, and can remotely control the unit. It can provide standard communication protocols.

3. Series and parallel functions

Series backup function: It can cooperate with ATS to realize the automatic switching function between the mains and the diesel generator set or the dual standby switching function between two diesel generator sets.

Parallel expansion function: Two or more three-phase units with the same specifications and models can run stably in parallel within the rated power range of (20-100)% under the rated power factor. In order to improve the accuracy of reasonable distribution of active power and reactive power and the stability of operation, the diesel engine speed governor in the unit is required to have a device that can adjust the steady-state speed regulation rate within the range of (2-5)%. The voltage regulating device in the control box (screen) can adjust the steady-state voltage regulation rate within the range of 5%.

4. Working conditions

It can operate at an altitude below 3000 meters;

The lower limit of the ambient temperature is -15C°, and the upper limit is 40C°. Other environmental units can be selected.

5. Stable performance and strong reliability

The average failure interval of the unit is not less than 2000 hours.

6. Convenient refueling facilities and protection measures

The unit is equipped with an external refueling system and equipped with a locking function;

A large fuel tank is usually required to meet 12-24 hours of operation.

Solution

The generator set with excellent and stable performance adopts a low-noise design and is equipped with a PLC-5220 control system with AMF function. By connecting with ATS, it ensures that once the main power supply of the communication station is cut off, the alternative power supply system must be able to provide power immediately.
